 Ham ‘n’ Cheese Quiche

YIELD: 2 quiches (6 servings each)

Ingredients

1 package  pie crust

2 cups diced fully cooked ham

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

6 large eggs

2 cups half-and-half cream

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°

2. Divide all ingredients between 2 mixing bowls. In a large bowl  whisk until blended. Pour into crusts.. Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 35-40 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes before cutting.

 Serve with pineapple passion smoothie
